Detached house in village, 9 miles south of Lincoln, close to railway (1 mile) Double room, built in Wardrobe, table and bookcase, TV point and WiFi in house. 2 bathrooms in house, 1 with shower downstairs and bath w/overhead shower upstairs, kitchen share, washing machine and off-road parking or in front of property. pub in village, nice walks and cycling, room in garage for bike. Note: two matured cats, so might not suit people with alergies .
The Household
One lady in house. I work from home half the week. Am an active swimmer and walker, out playing cards weekly and also work in Tourist industry. Please feel free to contact and discuss - ask questions etc.

Location
Lincoln 8 miles, Sleaford is the next closest town, and after that Newark. Trains go to Lincoln and Peterborough. The next village over has pubs, Indian Restaurant, shops and the train station. Lincoln has just about everthing.
