The Room
Hello! I have a double room to rent. It looks out onto gardens and gets morning sun. There's 3 in-built wardrobes, 2 overhead storage cupboards and an Ikea Malm dresser with 3 drawers. The door is lockable. The bed, mattress topper, pillows and duvet are almost brand new. We'd share a bathroom.
The Household
The household..... I come and go from the flat due to the nature of my job and mostly have calm evenings so I'm looking for someone who is: •Calm and quiet •Don't smoke at all and don't drink excessively •I like cleanliness and would require the person moving in to adopt my amazing systems to maintain that. •I have lovebirds that fly around freely so you would need to be bird-friendly •ideally you'd have a job that you spend most of your daytime at with a working from home scenario happening on the rarer occasions. You'd be sharing with me only Further details to be ironed out upon your interest to take this application further :) Please include a little introduction about yourself, your current work situation, and your typical schedule/working pattern and what you're looking for in a weekday home. A reference from a previous landlord or housemate would be appreciated.

I live very close to the Kensington Olympia centre which is currently undergoing reconstruction and I live on the second floor- no lift.
