The Room
The bedroom is a pleasant double room with window overlooking Highgate Cemetery. There is a wardrobe, drawers and shelves and there is underfloor heating.
The Household
The room is in a two storey flat modernist flat built in the 1970's and has a modern mid century feel. The is a large open plan living and kitchen area on the top floor with south facing terrace and all mod cons. The showroom is shared and is modern and clean. I am an architect and artist and work from home most of the week so the room is not for someone needing to also work from home. I have a dog who is a delight and joy so being part of his life will be important too.
Other
While I am ideally looking for a Monday to Friday lodger, there is always some flexibility. Hopefully you will like having a dog around and may want to walk him occasionally. I may also ask you to water the plants from time to time. I also lik ot hav dinner together sometimes during the week.
Location
The nearest tube is Archway (10 minute walk) on the Northern Line or Gospel Oak on the overground (15 minute walk). There are lots of great shops, cafes and restaurants on Swains Lane, Fortess Road and Highgate village which are all about 10 minutes walk. Waterlow Park is 5 minutes and Hampstead Heath is about 13 minutes walk away.
