The Household
Two professional and creative women in our 40s and one cat called Frank looking for a weekday flatmate. The flat is large and cosy with 2 other bedrooms, one bathroom including bath, nice sized kitchen and very large living room with bay windows and an open fire. One resident lives here full time and one 2 nights a week and some weekends. Frank is 6 and is friendly and likes company.
Other
We are looking for someone calm and creative to join our flat. We both live a healthy lifestyle and home is a refuge. It's a great flat to relax in, cook and we're very sociable. The flat is also big enough to find alone time if wanted. No Nos include: Party animals, unhealthy vibes, messy people.
Location
Walthamstow is a wonderful buzzing diverse and inclusive community with lots going on. Great High Street and more quaint village. Loads of good pubs and independent shops and businesses plus the Soho Theatre Walthamstow. A lovely park and close to the Wetlands and Epping Forest. Good transport links - end of the Victoria Line so 18mins to Oxford Circus and 4min drive to the North Circular and 15mins to the M25.
