Beautiful Hilly Fields park is 5 mins up the hill. 10 mins walk to Lewisham (zone 2/3) DLR + National Rail 10 mins walk to Ladywell (zone 3) National Rail 5-10 mins walk to buses to all over, inclduing BL1 Superloop bus We have space outside for bike storage if needed.
