The Room
1 double room available, currently with 2 single beds in the room (for single occupancy only) in a ground floor flat on cul-de-sac with shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Good sized garden with decking and outdoor furniture. Bedroom at £650 per month bills included. 7-10min walk to bus stop to get into centre of Bristol (30mins journey. Buses 75, 76, 43). Clean, fully furnished room with comfy bed, mattress with topper, feather duvet and multitude of pillows. Room also comes with; Small mirror-fronted wardrobe. Cupboard with shelves. Bedside table and lamp. The Bathroom consists of; bath-shower, basin, mirror, space for toiletries. Separate toilet shared between 2. The room will suit someone in full-time employment and tenancy is subject to successful interview and referencing.
The Household
I'm a working professional, female in her 40s. I work at the University of Bristol and go into the office 2-3 days per week (usually Tue-Thu). I'm easy going and enjoy pottering in the garden, am creative and sporty - playing Badminton and Netball once a week and love watching Rugby. I'm looking for a lodger who will respect the space, be clean, tidy and considerate of noise, and fit in with the homely vibe. Ideally a working professional who goes into the office frequently (not working from home all week).
Other
If paid to stay for month, you can leave some clothes and toiletries in room but should be aware that at the weekends the room may be used by my friends or family visiting. The room will be cleaned once a week with fresh bed linen. If required, use of washing machine once a week. Some cupboard space in kitchen and fridge can be accommodated for, but any food left that won't keep will be used or thrown away.
Location
A family feel area of Bristol with good transport links into town. The area is well served by local amenities, this includes; Pharmacy, News Agents/Post office Convenience stores, Chinese Takeaway, Sandwich Bar, Fish and Chip shop, Butchers, Skate park (that does amazing stone fired Pizzas), Woodland valley park for nature walks.
