The bathroom has a double shower and is shared along with the lounge/kitchen. Lounge fully furnished with 2 seat sofa, large cable TV with including all the Sports & Movie channels, super-fast fibre broadband, and a dining table for 4. All bills are included in the rent. Safe area in a family-friendly estate just opposite the old Hartleys Jam Factory. I am 42yo single male working over in Battersea and looking for someone to come and join me who are wanting somewhere they can call home and feel relaxed be it in front of the TV, over dinner, or a drink around one of the local bars.

Excellent transport links to the City and the West End including two 24-hour bus routes just a minute's walk from the flat and plenty of things to do in the area. Just 10 mins walk from Borough Market, The Shard, London Bridge, and Tower Bridge. The cool bars of Bermondsey Street are just minutes away too. Tesco Metro and 3 Sainsburys Local are within a few mins walk and a large Tesco is just 15 mins down the road. All bills are included in the rent.
