We are a professional, friendly, quiet and clean household - 2 female and 2 male - looking for a housemate to join our lovely house in the prime area of De Beauvoir, N1. **Because the room is a small double with thin walls we are looking for a considerate housemate to fit the bill on a Monday to Friday only basis. Perfect for someone working in London but based elsewhere.** The spare room is a small, quiet double on the top floor, facing the back garden. It comes part furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and shelving unit. The house itself is a large three storey, with two bathrooms and garden. It has a bright kitchen and dining room, and a spacious living room. Broadband and satellite TV is included. The room is available to move into on the 29th January 2023 however this date might be flexible if an earlier date is needed. Please message if you're interested and we'll arrange viewings.

The house is in a great location in the heart of North/ East London, zone 2. It is a 15 min bus-ride to the City, 20 min to Kings Cross/Euston, with Hoxton, Shoreditch, Dalston and Angel within walking distance. Along with the buses and overground (Haggerston) there are also cycle hire stations close-by. The area offers a plethora of restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. Regents canal, and Shoreditch park are also a stone's-throw away.
