Double room in Regency terraced house in the Pimlico Grid. We are a professional couple in our fifties who work from home. We are offering a double bedroom with its own shower room. We would like to rent to another professional who will not be using the space to work from during the day. For the most part you would have unrestricted access to the (very beautiful) kitchen. We have two large, well-behaved dogs who will want to befriend you but who will not come up to your floor unless they are invited. You will certainly encounter them in the kitchen and on the stairs, so if you are not keen on dogs, this will not be the right place for you. Bedlinen and towels will be changed fortnightly and your room will be cleaned every week.

Pimlico lies between Victoria and Belgravia, It is a ten minute walk to Victoria Station, slightly less to Sloane Square (District and Circle Line) and Pimlico Station (Victoria Line). There are a handful of shops within a five minute walk.
