Double room with ensuite shower in comfortable flat with spectacular views overlooking the river. The flat is convenient for Woolwich Crossrail station which opens May 24 and takes you to Canary Wharf in 7 minutes, Farringdon in 14 minutes. Kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher and air fryer. The flat has a West facing balcony. There is a large flat screen TV in the sitting room. I am mainly retired and do a little work from home but am out most evenings during the week, so you would have the flat pretty much to yourself. I am looking for a quiet, tidy lodger who will take care of the place. I assumed people would prefer the room with the ensuite shower but If you prefer baths happy to change the rooms around so that you can have sole use of the family bathroom. Sorry that some of the pictures are upside down; I cant get the system to show them the right way up.

Erebus Drive adjoins the Woolwich Arsenal development with its historic buildings and campus atmosphere. There is a Thames clipper stop, Saturday farmers market and the Woolwich Works arts centre just a stroll away. Punchdrunk, the immersive theatre company has made its home in the old Firework factory. If you enjoy running or cycling, the Thames path provides a traffic free route. The area is also served by the DLR with trains to Bank and Stratford International. The Woolwich over-ground train runs to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. If you are a user of City Airport, that is just a couple of stops away on the DLR.
