Top floor available consisting of bedroom, sitting room with kettle and fridge and bathroom for sole use. Our house is shabby, but the top floor has a wonderful view from the sitting room. Decorators may be coming in late February and if so the rent will rise considerably however I would prefer to find someone who likes shabby chic and keep charging a lower rent. One other female occupant who has own quarters on ground and first floor. Shared kitchen and use of large garden in summer. Has to be pet lover as I have one well behaved, very cute and pretty cat. Female lodger sought.

Off the Kings Road Waitrose is a five minute walk and Marks and Spencer 10 minutes. Two minutes to local library and gym. Amazing bus and tube services. 10 minutes walk to South Kensington - Piccadilly and District and Circle Lines, and 12 minutes along the Kings Road to Sloane Square (District and Circle) with Peter Jones a branch of John Lewis. 2 minutes walk to buses including nos 19, 22, 11, 14 , 414 , 211 49 and more. Masses of coffee bars and good restaurants close by.
