Beautiful, private and spacious studio accommodation in London townhouse offered Monday – Friday to a quiet and considerate, non-smoking professional. Walking distance of London Bridge, Borough High Street, More London, Tower Bridge etc. and ideally located for the City, West End and Canary Wharf. THE ACCOMMODATION This is a wonderfully light, large and comfortable studio (40m2/430sq. ft) on the first floor. It overlooks my garden so is very quiet for such a central location and the comfy super-king size bed should ensure you have a fantastic nights sleep. The huge ensuite bathroom is equipped with an extra-large shower and a separate freestanding bath. There is unlimited hot water. All towels and bed linen are provided and a cleaner comes fortnightly. There is a hanging rail with plenty of hangers, two chests of drawers and a hairdryer. There is also a TV/DVD player and free wifi. The room has its own well-equipped kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave oven (please note that there is no hob) and full-sized fridge. A washing machine, clothes airers, iron and ironing board are available in a utility room half a floor above.

TRANSPORT LINKS Bermondsey underground station on the Jubilee line is a 10 - 15 minute walk away. It’s just two stops to Canary Wharf, four stops to Westminster and six stops to Bond Street. City Airport is easily accessible via the Jubilee line and DLR (about 30 minutes). Buses stop every few minutes near the house. The Number 1 goes to Tottenham Court Rd via Elephant and Castle, Waterloo and Holborn. The 78 goes to the City and Shoreditch via Tower Bridge and Liverpool Street station. LOCAL AREA There’s no shortage of great pubs, cafes, restaurants and takeaways nearby as well as a Sainsbury’s Local and a handy corner shop. Bermondsey Square and Bermondsey Street are a short walk away. Just across the street is a small park with a circular running track. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS All bills are included in rent: council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband/wifi, fortnightly cleaner £600 security deposit is payable. Minimum 3 month let.
