Double room (16 x 8) in quiet, newly refurbished Regency Bloomsbury house/maisonette. Freshly carpeted, double-glazed etc with new shared bathroom and separate toilet. Hi-speed wireless broadband, flat screen tv and small sofa in room. Friendly, quiet, easy going, professional, mixed household of two. Looking for a quiet, routine, clean, non-smoking professional for 4 nights max. (not Sunday). Excellent zone 1 transport links minutes away. My previous tenant, a 40 something professional woman stayed for 5 years until her job description changed enabling her to work from home in Wiltshire. Followed by a female Irish architect who stayed a couple of years until the pandemic arrived! NB. The room photos shown here are pre-refurbishment. The kitchen and bathroom pics are post-refurbishment. The bathroom and separate loo are next to the double room. It is not en suite but, as with my previous tenants, you will get to use it exclusively when you need to eg. before work in the morning.

Bloomsbury is a very centrally located and characterful part of London with excellent transport links via Kings Cross and St. Pancras. Brunswick Square with many restaurants, Waitrose and a cinema, is five minutes away on foot. Russell Square (10 mins), Kings Cross/St. Pancras (10 Mins) and Chancery Lane (15 mins) tubes are all nearby.
