I would like to rent two spacious double rooms both with ensuites in recently refurbished 4 storey terrace house in heart of quiet Islington conservation area. You will be sharing with just the landlady. I am a non smoking professional (42 years old). Both rooms have double beds with tempur mattresses. Large wardrobes and plenty of both hanging and shelving space. Towels and sheets can be provided if needed. Cleaning lady comes in every Friday morning. The facilities of kitchen and utility room also available.

The house is 12 mins walk from Angel and 17 mins from Old street and 5 minutes by bus to the latter. There are excellent and frequent buses only 5 mins from house that will take you to the City, London Bridge, Waterloo and St pancreas. Islington high street is only 10 minutes walk away . It has 2 cinemas and excellent shops restaurants and gastropubs
