Monday to Thursday/Friday non-smoking lodger is required for a double room in a very clean two bedroom flat. The room is very neat, quiet, and full of light. It is fully furnished. It has a beautiful lacquered parquet floor, Egyptian carpet, a beautiful roll-top desk, a TV set, and a built-in wardrobe. You will share only with myself (the landlord): which means that we will share the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, and the separate WC. I am often away for work, and when I am at home I am very quiet. High-speed wi-fi included with unlimited use. Bicycle space available. No agents to call. Price negotiable depending on how many nights (ALL bills included).

The area has excellent transport links. In fact, the flat is a few minutes walk away from Vauxhall/Lambeth North/Kennington/Oval/Waterloo tube stations. You can enjoy walking along the Albert Embankment, cross Lambeth Bridge and you are at Westminster. Many buses to the centre, Santander bikes on your doorsteps, so getting to and from the centre is really quick and simple, even at 3 am. There is a large Tesco nearby and a smaller Waitrose, Sainsburys, and a few shops downstairs. Off-street parking available subject to negotiation.
