Hello, I'm looking to rent out my second bedroom in a modern newly decorated flat. The room is large and bright and has it's own ensuite with toilet and shower. The flat is very modern and also has a shared living room and kitchen area which I am in the process of decorating and furnishing so I will upload images of the room when ready. The flat has it's own concierge that can sign for deliveries and there is a Gym that is free to use.

The location is close to Ilford High Street that has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, cinema and all the amenities that you can expect. At the other end of the high street is Ilford station that is just over a 5 minute walk away. The train takes 10 minutes to get to Stratford and 15 minutes to get to Liverpool Street. Will suit a working professional or student, at the moment I'm looking to rent the room on a Monday-Friday basis but I can be flexible with arrangements.
